No. If her husband finds out, you may face jail, deportation, bribery, death etc. He will be within his legal rights to report you both. I would advise against moving forward with this relationship unless you have loads of cash to proceed with the annulment process, have valid proof to get it approved or can wait until the ex is deceased. Even with sufficient proof, it may still be a long and costly endeavor. It has been done, either way, as money generally reigns. Regarding marriage outside of country, that would depend on the country. As others have noted, most countries require some sort of proof that you are not already married because of polygamy laws and fraud etc..

I knew an Englishman that married 3 times, first to an English women, then a Filipino and last I heard he was married to a Ukrainian. He never divorced either of the first two.

    • Social issues in UK
      By BlahBlahBlah · Posted
The problem with the UK as has already been pointed out, is that it has adopted a culture of want. Everybody and their dog believe they are entitled to something. Mandi touches on the topic of “food Banks”. These are as a rule a sad reflection on how UK society has developed. I am sure that there are genuine individuals who require the assistance of a food bank, however, there are many I would argue that use them as a way of increasing their own standard of living. By this I mean, they get free food so as they can spend their money on what they believe they need or are entitles to. As those who use food banks are not means tested, the system is open to abuse, and it is abused. Why should the Middle Classes feel any sympathy for those in the working classes or those living in poverty, the Middle Classes are the ones that pay the majority of taxes, much of which is handed out in benefits to those in need. Both my wife and I fall into the Higher Tax Payer bracket – An awful lot of our income gets paid into the national pot, I don’t resent the fact I get fucked over so as to support those less fortunate than myself. I don’t however feel I should have to feel morally responsible for those who are in a position less fortunate than myself. The working class should not feel intolerance to the middle class, they should despise the under-classes that have been encouraged to form in a Country that has been poisoned by Liberal Socialism.
