      She is Filipino so how will getting a divorce in Thailand help you?  You need to get an annulment or divorce in Philippines.

      ​yes that is if he founds out and we are in the philippines, if we are living in France he cant do anything. but like i said its looks like i need to have a prove that she is not married before be able to marry her. the only other way is that she get a divorce in thailand, then she be free to marry me anywhere exept in her country.  thanks for your reply .

      i see, hmmm.. yes i need to show prove that my gf is not married i just find out. so the other way i hear is that she get a divorce in thailand, then her divorce be ligal in France and we can get married but she will still be married in the philippines though because the divorce will not be valid there. the only thing left is that  we live in France and make sure her husbend never finds out so we can visite he family once in a while until we can do her anulment. thanks for reply :)

      ​No. If her husband finds out, you may face jail, deportation, bribery, death etc. He will be within his legal rights to report you both. I would advise against moving forward with this relationship unless you have loads of cash to proceed with the annulment process, have valid proof to get it approved or can wait until the ex is deceased. Even with sufficient proof, it may still be a long and costly endeavor. It has been done, either way, as money generally reigns. Regarding marriage outside of country, that would depend on the country. As others have noted, most countries require some sort of proof that you are not already married because of polygamy laws and fraud etc..
